This concept involves taking personal responsibility, respecting financial and time limits, and being aware of the risks associated with gambling.
The "Responsible Gambling" program also includes actions aimed at informing and raising awareness about policies and rules related to responsible gambling, as well as periodic employee training on various stages and programs regarding player assistance and responsible gambling practices.
Since the launch of the Responsible Gambling program, the primary objective has always been to provide high-quality services to players, ensuring they enjoy a pleasant experience, as well as regular employee training to minimize the risk of gambling addiction and to ensure player protection.
What does the Responsible Gaming program offer?
A FREE HELPLINE
A free helpline, GREENLINE 078875555, through which players can get in touch with a psychologist and receive free phone counseling.
TRAINING
Training courses with employees from gaming halls, conducted by the coordinator and the psychologist involved in the program.
FREE SESSIONS
Free evaluation and counseling sessions. Following the self-assessment or phone discussions, interested individuals may request to be referred to the psychologist within the program.
